SendureMail ("SendureMail", "we", "us", or "our") provides an email mail-merge service that helps users create and send personalized email campaigns using Gmail™ and Google Sheets™.

This Privacy Policy explains what information SendureMail accesses, how we use it, when it may be shared, how we protect it, and the choices available to users.

1. Information We Access and Collect

  • Draft subject and message content.
  • Draft attachments required for sending an email.
  • Information necessary to send emails through the user's Gmail account.

SendureMail does not use Gmail access to read unrelated mailbox content for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

  • The recipients they select.
  • Having an appropriate legal basis or permission to contact recipients.
  • Complying with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.
  • Complying with Google's applicable policies and Gmail™ usage requirements.

SendureMail does not independently initiate campaigns without the user's action.

6. Email Open Tracking

SendureMail may use a small tracking image in campaign emails to determine whether an email has been opened.

When the tracking image is requested, SendureMail may receive technical information such as:

  • Recipient/campaign identifier.
  • Date and time of the request.
  • IP address.
  • User-agent information.

This information is used to provide campaign tracking and reporting functionality.

Email open tracking may not always accurately represent whether a person actually read an email because email clients, privacy features, security scanners, and proxy systems may automatically request images.

SendureMail uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data transmitted between users and SendureMail services is protected using modern encryption protocols such as HTTPS/TLS.

Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and systems that require access for service operation, maintenance, security, or legal purposes.

8. Data Retention

SendureMail retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality, maintain campaign records, provide tracking and reporting, resolve disputes, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Users may contact us to request deletion of information associated with their SendureMail use, subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain for legitimate legal, security, or operational purposes.

Users may revoke SendureMail's access through their Google Account security settings or other controls provided by Google.

Revoking authorization may prevent SendureMail from providing features that require the revoked permissions.

The SendureMail website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for website functionality, security, authentication, preferences, or analytics.

The SendureMail Gmail add-on may also use technical mechanisms required to provide campaign tracking functionality.

SendureMail is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to independently provide consent to online services.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

13. Third-Party Services

SendureMail may rely on third-party infrastructure and services to operate the application.

Those services may process information only as necessary for the functionality they provide to SendureMail.

Third-party services have their own privacy policies and terms.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to SendureMail, legal requirements, security practices, or service functionality.
